The team at Bishop's was incredibly patient and helpful in assisting us pick the right tub for us. We ended up purchasing Platinum Spas which is the perfect fit for us. All the steps from picking to delivery , installation and set up was very smooth and effortless

We recently bought our salt water hot tub from Bishop's, and are very happy with it! The service was great, knowledgeable staff that have continued to provide advice and guidance on maintenance. Very large selection of products with friendly knowledgeable staff that are warm and welcoming not pushy at all. Definitely worth a visit if you have any outdoor projects.

I bought the tub I've got nine years ago on sale I have never looked back. Trouble Free it looks like the day I bought it. The only thing I have replaced is the lid which is very normal. Randy personally delivered the tub to my far away location and see Sechelt for free! It doesn't get better than that.

Went to the store today and so impressed with their selection. No pressure sales staff! We purchased a beautiful patio sectional from them last year and we love it! Excellent quality of both cushions and the frame. Also had it delivered and they were respectful and even offered to set it up for us.
