Bishop's Outdoor Living is operated by Mad Dog's Ski & Sports Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We operate showrooms in Abbotsford and Burnaby, British Columbia, and this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you create an account to view pricing or manage orders, we collect your name and email address.
• Contact and quote requests. If you submit a form on this site (for example, a quote request or a booking request), we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and message.
• Order information. If you place an order through your account, we collect the order details, delivery address, and related communications.
• Usage information. Like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address (anonymized), browser type, device type, and the pages you view, through Google Analytics.

How we use your information

• To respond to quote requests, booking requests, and other inquiries.
• To create and manage your account, and to process and fulfill orders.
• To follow up about a request you've made, by phone, text, or email.
• To understand how visitors use this site, so we can improve it.
• To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping requirements.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run our business - our customer relationship management system (for tracking quote and service requests), our website hosting provider, our video hosting provider, and our authentication provider (for account sign-in).
• Google Analytics, for site usage statistics. IP addresses are anonymized before being sent to Google.
• Meta (Facebook), if you arrive at our site from a Facebook or Instagram ad, so we can measure how our ads perform.
• FinanceIt, only if you choose to apply for financing through our site - your application details go directly to FinanceIt, not to us.
• Law enforcement or regulators, if we are legally required to.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in to your account, remember your session, and measure site traffic through Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site - like your account - may not work properly without them.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, and quote/contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see "Your choices" below).

• You can update your name and email, or delete your account entirely, from your account settings.
• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• You can opt out of marketing follow-up at any time by asking us to stop.
