Hot Spring hot tubs are built to last 15-20 years with regular maintenance. They use commercial-grade components and North American manufacturing - backed by one of the best warranty programs in the industry.
Yes. Delivery is available across the Lower Mainland, including the Abbotsford area and Burnaby/Vancouver area. Delivery is quoted separately and standard delivery includes backyard placement plus cover and accessory setup.
Highlife models vary in size, seating capacity (2-7 adults), jet count, and premium features. Larger models like the Grandee are built around Hot Spring's Moto-Massage DX jets; smaller models like the Jetsetter are compact and more affordable to operate.
Yes. Financing is available through Financeit, Canada's trusted home improvement lender, including 3 months no additional payment. Apply in-store at either location. OAC.
Yes. Wet tests are available by appointment at both our Abbotsford and Burnaby showrooms. Call ahead to schedule - bring a swimsuit.
Standard delivery includes backyard placement plus cover and accessory setup. Delivery is quoted separately based on your product, location, access, and site requirements; Bishop's recommends using a qualified electrician for electrical work.
Yes. We handle hot tub and swim spa service, water testing, water care, repairs, and cover replacement at both locations. Call either showroom and our service team will look after you.
