What is the difference between infrared and traditional heat?

Traditional cabins heat the whole room with an electric heater and sauna stones, and you can ladle water over the rocks for steam. Infrared cabins instead warm you directly at a lower cabin temperature. Our showroom team is happy to walk you through both so you can feel the difference.

What electrical service does the Traditional 220 need?

The heater and its matching site requirements must be confirmed for the chosen configuration. A licensed electrician should confirm the final circuit where required, and our team provides site planning guidance before delivery so there are no surprises.

Is this sauna for indoor or outdoor use?

This model is designed for indoor installation. We help you confirm the room, clearances, and ventilation before delivery.

Can I see this exact sauna in person before I decide?

Showroom displays change and may not include every exact model or configuration. Contact our Burnaby or Abbotsford team before you visit; we will confirm what is on display and have the right manufacturer information ready for your appointment.

How do delivery and placement work?

Our own team delivers and places saunas across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, and we confirm timing with you directly. We review access, placement, and site prep before the truck is booked.

Is financing available?

Contact Bishop's for current pricing on this configuration. Financing may be available through Financeit on approved credit, and our team can explain the options alongside your complete project quote.

What warranty comes with this sauna?

It is covered by a manufacturer warranty, and Bishop's supports what we sell locally: one call to our team, not an overseas ticket queue.

Do you help plan the installation?

Yes. Manufacturer specifications are the starting point; our team and a qualified electrician confirm the site, circuit, and clearances for your exact model before anything is ordered or built.

What is included in my sauna quote?

Your quote identifies the exact model and selected options, then accounts for the agreed delivery, placement, assembly, heater, and project scope. Site conditions and trade work vary, so Bishop's confirms what is and is not included before you order.

How should I choose the right capacity?

Start with who will use the sauna most often, whether you prefer to sit or stretch out, and the space available at the site. Sized for 6 people. A showroom specialist can help you compare it with adjacent sizes before you commit.

What regular care does a sauna need?

Care depends on the wood, finish, heater, and whether the sauna is indoors or outdoors. Keep the cabin clean and dry between sessions, follow the manufacturer document supplied on this page, and ask Bishop's before applying any cleaner, coating, or treatment not listed by the manufacturer.
